Major Project brief :


 
Create a Space scene ( moon buggy on the surface of the moon ) with  other surrounding elements . 
Surrounding elements such as : Moon rocks , structures , solar panels

Moon scene storyboard: 
1. Camera rotates around galaxy
2.  Camera showing movement along moon surface with dust 
3. Close up shot of solar panels and moon domes 
4. 2 shots of moon buggy on moon surface

Work process :

Part 1 making the base car model

Firstly, I Imported the image in the front view and then  added two poly cylinders for the wheels and started to make the base shape

Secondly I used the multi cut tool add more geometry to the shapes , holding ctrl to add more edges , then created the wheels for the  moon buggy

upon creating the basis shape I  added extra details such as the car door  mudguards and the engine

Next I modeled an engine and engine blades  for the moon buggy :

 I then modelled the geodesic dome:

Part 2 - Making the moon surface and solar panels :

changed the specular colour to blue on solar panels
